We slept late (well I did) the next morning because SOUTHPAW'S® did not open until 11:00AM (I think that they are on New Orleans time). So we check out of the hotel shortly before 11 and arrived at the shop just after opening time and commenced to play various guitars. I vaguely recalled a few songs, while Marc went to town jamming away. Marc tried several guitars before finally settling on a Gibson LES PAUL®, truly a classic guitar. I have to say that walking into a guitar shop filled with guitars designed for me felt really great. Every town should have a SOUTHPAW'S® for us lefties. And the people in the shop remembered us from our visit 8 years ago; now there's customer service for you! Great people, great guitars. After Marc paid for his new guitar we got on the road for Louisiana.
