OK, here we go with a Golden Oldie from the 20th Century: Jackie's Bridal Shower. I was not actually present for this event. I just found these photos a couple of months ago in some boxes that Jackie gave me before moving to Australia and had the photos scanned. So I am giving only a brief summary of what I can see in the photos.

Our cousin Julie hosted Jackie's Bridal Shower. I recognize most of the people present. Starting with the Guest of Honor, Jackie of course, and Mom :-) Mom's sisters Aunt Bert, Aunt Hazel, and Aunt Dory joined the party, along with Aunt Lou (in the purple shirt behind Julie). Also present were Carol and Paul's wife Rochelle. In addition Eric's wife Lynne and Dallas Junior's then-wife Melanie were also present. And perhaps Julie can identify these 2 ladies. After Jackie finished opening her gifts, food was served and everybody chowed down. And that appears to be Jackie's Bridal Shower.
