Late Tuesday morning we drove over to Aunt Lou's apartment and visited with her for a while. She mentioned that the doctors found had something in Dad's left lung when he was first diagnosed back in the late 70s. So he never really was disease-free after that; I did not know. Then we drove over to Louis and Monica's house to visit with them. Felix also came over to visit. Louis was looking tired but sociable. We visited with him for an hour or so. Kevin is getting his Master's Degree in Engineering while he continues to work for HALLIBURTON. Jessica is doing better; she is starting her senior year of high school and driving again. Monica is doing well. After saying goodbye to Louis and Monica and Jessica, Marc and I ran some errands. Then we drove over to Eric and Lynne's house for Aunt Lou's Birthday Dinner.
We arrived at Eric and Lynne's to help celebrate Aunt Lou's Birthday and found Aunt Lou, Felix and Gai, and Eric and Lynne already visiting. Dallas, Junior, and his girlfriend Rose arrived a little later. Dallas looked pretty good and was in good spirits. Eric and Lynne cooked up a feast, including some yummy stuffed Japaleno Peppers. And of course Aunt Lou cooked her superb Red Velvet Cake, which I love as much as ever. Aunt Lou seemed really happy with her Birthday party. We visited for several hours, then eventaully drove back to our hotel. And such was our Tuesday visit for 2013.
