Wednesday Jackie and Steve, Marc, and I ate dinner at TETSUYA'S®, an amazing Japanese Fusion restaurant in downtown Sydney (What about the rest of the day? I cannot recall any more). The food was fantastic, I loved it. However, I drank the wine pairings and got so drunk that I cannot recall the last 3 courses or dessert :-( I barely recalled getting in the car and driving back to Jackie and Steve's. I resolved to skip the wine next year to avoid a similar memory loss.
