Sunday morning Marc and I went over to Uncle Bill and Lynne's home to say goodbye. Lynne made eggs and pancakes for breakfast along with some coffee. David and Tom were already visiting when we arrived. Uncle Bill told us about the "Gears of Fortune" and dressing up 1 year for a really wild event, including photos. David talked about a similar experience dressing up 1 year for a party, but no photos to prove it. Uncle Bill and David also told us some stories about getting stuck in various nearby canyons and rivers. Then Uncle Bill gave us directions to the cemetery containing Grandma and Grandpa's grave.
Finally David had to leave for work, so we all said our goodbyes. Then Marc and I hit the road back home.
Along the way we stopped to see Grandma and Grandpa's grave. We found the cemetery and their grave without too much difficulty. Uncle Bill said some of Grandpa's brothers were also buried in the cemetery, but by that time we were ready to get home. So finding them will be a project for our next visit/adventure. Adn that was our visit to Uncle Bill for this April.
