Yep, I have officially lost it. Bit the Golden Granola Bar, grew my hair, traded in my beloved Honda ACCORD® for a "baby Hummer®", even bought an APPLE® computer. What brought about such extraordinary changes? Did the sun rise in the West? Did cats sleep with dogs? The truth is more shocking than that...

I moved. Left the Lone Star State. Departed from the Great State of Texas. Moved on to the cleaner air and magnificent mountains of Sedona, Arizona. I found an apartment in South Sedona. My new apartment has an incredible view of South Sedona. As you can see, my new apartment has sliding glass doors that open onto a balcony. My new apartment is 2 bedroom, with each bedroom having a window with blinds and curtains. I am currently in the process of furnishing my new home. I should finish furnishing my new place by the end of this month. Then I will be ready for visitors.

Now, some of you may be saying "I don't believe it! There's no crawfish in Arizona!!". How wrong you are. Phoenix has a PAPPADEAUX'S® restaurant, which is an acceptable Cajun restaurant. However, life gets better. South Phoenix (Tempe or Chandler to be exact) has a COPELAND'S® restaurant. Yes, Phoenix actually has culture and haute cuisine and fine dining even! Can you beat that? Well, okay; Sedona could have a COPELAND'S®. But hey, we need to save some excitement for next year. In addition, Phoenix has a couple of good seafood restaurants called STEAMER'S GENUINE SEAFOOD® restaurant and McCORMICK & SCHMICK'S® restaurant, which has the best crab cakes I have tasted so far. In Sedona itself, we have SHUGRUE BAR & GRILL® and the AIRPORT RESTAURANT® (now, sadly, closed) with good seafood. So, I am still getting some fish and seafood.
