I took the above photo with Fuji VELVIA 50 film a couple of days after the previous photo. The sky came out looking much more purple with VELVIA 50 compared to VELVIA 100 and VELVIA 100F. I like the way the streaks of sunlight flow over the land and the clouds.
I took the below photo a few minutes after the sun sank under the horizon. Again, I like the analogous color scheme of the sky: the orange at the horizon, the red and crimson clouds, and the purple to blue-violet upper sky. The tiny little streak in the upper center was an annoying jet leaving a contrail to ruin my perfect photo. I debated photoshopping it out. Maybe later...
I took these photos with my Ebony RW45 4x5 camera, Rodenstock APO-SIRONAR-S 240mm f5.6 lens, and Fuji VELVIA color slide film.
