THURSDAY - Dinner with Naresh and See-Yai

Thursday morning I drove over to Big Basin Redwoods State Park and photographed the amazing Redwood trees. Around 01:00PM I returned to my hotel room and got cleaned up and ate a late lunch. I then drove over to meet Jackie and Steve and the kids, at which point we all drove over to Naresh and See-Yai's house. I had not seen them since Mom's Birthday back in 2003. A lot had changed. Mikhil and Kieron were now teenagers and as tall as their parents. And they had distinct personalities, unlike little children. Naresh had lost some weight and grown a little gray hair. On the other hand, some things had not changed: they were a still a lot of fun to visit with. And they were still living in the same house they had in 2003. When we arrived, James and John and Sophia immediately enjoyed themselves playing soccer with Mikhil and Kieron. After a short while we drove over to SPASSO® Italian restaurant for dinner. After dinner we returned to Naresh and See-Yai's house to visit some more.

Finally I said my goodbyes and drove back to my hotel. As usual, I decided to take a short cut, got lost, and ended up arriving back at my hotel much later than if I had just followed the directions. Ah well, adventure; that is what Life is all about :-)
