I did not get out to the Skyline to the Sea Trail before sunrise until the 26th. And I did not walk the full loop to the Sunset Trail that morning. However, I did take a couple of photos that I liked.
The above photo is 1 of the tallest Redwood trees that I saw in the Park. I liked how the leaves of the surrounding trees isloated this Redwood and set it into space. And the view really emphasizes how tall this tree is.
The photo below shows a Redwood tree in the foreground. I really liked how the Redwood tree in the foreground framed the scene and moved your eye around the image. The colors of the Redwood tree bark were again disappointing due to my severely underexposing the photo. Just another reminder to bring my large format camera the next time I visit!
