The leaves on the Maples change colors around the same time as the Aspens. The Maple leaves get brilliant red and crimson colors. My friend Ian Whitehead introduced me to the Maples and gave me several lessons in large format photography. So I learned LF photography by photographing these trees. I have been photographing the Maples since 2007 and love it.
