Cathedral Rock is very beautiful; many many people photograph it. I started photographing it from my apartment the first day that I visited Sedona. I love it. When photographing the sunrise on Cathedral Rock, I prefer to view it from the east across Highway 179 along the Chicken Point trail or just south of it near Bell Rock.
